Gerard Thatcher
Founder and Managing Director
Gerard Thatcher founded TMC in 2016 - with a vision to provide a class-leading buying experience, matched with the highest-quality of used vehicles. With an ethos of transparency, Gerard continues to champion an honest, supportive customer journey that completely elevates the TMC experience above traditional competition. He has decades in the motor trade behind him, having started in the industry at just 15 - and enjoys instilling the confidence within his team to offer TMC’s unique approach.
Chris Callow
Sales Director
Not only is Chris a wealth of knowledge on pick-up trucks and 4x4s, he’s the busy man in charge of the day-to-day running of the showroom – looking after all things sales, stock and staff along the way. He very much enjoys managing our small, friendly team. And with years in the motor trade behind him, he’s been used to fast-paced sales environments – so the no-pressure approach of TMC probably comes as a breath of fresh air! Chris is also a family man who enjoys a spot of football, a beer or a glass of red wine.
Ryan Parks
Sales Manager
A long-term member of the team, Ryan loves the challenges that TMC throws his way. He’ll be busy working with our team to find the very best used vehicles, and enjoys advising our visitors in their own search for a new truck or car. A BMW M2 would be his ultimate driving machine - and when not at work, he’ll often be found enjoying football or tennis. In fact, Ryan spent four years as a self-employed tennis coach prior to working here at TMC.
Eddie Berry
Vehicle Logistics and Inspection
You’ll often see Eddie working behind the scenes, collecting and delivering our newest arrivals to TMC. Eddie’s also the one you’ll find performing our vehicle health checks, working his way through the extensive inspection checklists for each new vehicle. With 30 years in the motor trade, including in recoveries, servicing and repairs, it’s safe to say Eddie knows his stuff. Meanwhile, away from work he’s also interested in racing and motorsport.

Lisa's been with TMC since November 2021, keeping the dealership running like clockwork as our in-house bookkeeping and administration expert. Lisa enjoys the busy fast paced environment and warm camaraderie of dealership life at TMC, and being part of a caring and supportive team.

Guy Keohane is an outgoing and jovial member of our sales team at TMC, where his enthusiasm and professional demeanor have quickly made him a standout figure.
